This pumpkin spice frappe is just what you need to get going! A deliciously flavored coffee frappe that tastes like autumn.
1- Heat milk, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan until bubbles start to form. Sugar should have dissolved.
2- Remove saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into a container. Add coffee and vanilla extract and stir. Put a lid on the container and refrigerate overnight (at least a few hours).
3- In a blender, put the pumpkin-coffee-milk mixture, add ice cream and ice, cover with a lid and blend until everything comes together. Feel free to add more ice to get the consistency you like!
4- Pour into a mug or glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkle some more pumpkin pie spice.
